VMS ADMIN 101 Administrative Training - (2.5 Hours) - 
Mandatory: for all New Administrators


VMS ADMIN 201 Administrative Training - (2 Hours) - 

Optional: please make sure you have taken Admin 101 before taking this class
   but it is best to take 201 after working with 101 for about a month.


VMS Reporting - (1.5 hours) - 
Optional: please make sure you have taken Admin 101 or Read-Only before taking this class


VMS Read Only Training - (1.5 hours) - 
Mandatory for those who will be monitoring or making reports but NOT entering data or approving hours.  This is NOT needed if you have taken VMS Admin 101.  


VMS Refresher/Open Training - (1.5 hours) - 
Optional: please make sure you have taken Admin 101 or Read-Only before taking this class





====== CLASS DESCRIPTIONS =========


VMS ADMIN 101 Administrative Training - Required for all new Admins.  Covers all basic VMS navigation, hours approvals, member transfers, re-certifications and awards, opportunity setup, chapter level hours statistics and Criminal Background Check monitoring - Allow 2.5 hours for the class although it may run shorter depending on participant needs.

VMS Admin 201 Administrative Training  - Optional Class for those wanting deeper training into VMS techniques given in Admin 101.  Allow 2 hours for the class.

VMS Read Only Training - Required for all Read-Only support Admins (ex. Training Managers) who will be monitoring activity or creating reports but who will NOT be changing data, entering profiles or approving hours.  Not required if you have already taken Admin 101.  Allow 1.5 hours for the class.


VMS Reporting - Optional for those wishing to make better use of VMS reporting capabilities using Excel.  Must have taken Admin 101 or Read Only training beforehand.  Allow 1.5 hours for the Class.


VMS Refresher/ Open Q&A  Optional for those with specific questions or to catch up on the latest issues and techniques.  Allow 1.5 hours for the class
