TMN Volunteer Management System Helpdesk

This assumes that the user is comfortable using the Mail Merge feature of MS Word

Start by going to the TMN Standard-CBC Grid

 

Then create a Volunteer Data Grid from the Report Menu

Save it as a .csv file 

and open it in excel and save it as a spreadsheet.

Then you should be able to use the Word Document.
