- This is an updated version (2026) of the VMS Admin Guide; be aware as the VMS software is updated, our procedures will undoubtedly change, so check frequently for updates. New updates will be itemized here. As we learn more about the VMS upgrade and consolidation, we will develop procedures and documentation to support chapter VMS admin
- The first phase of the "consolidation" (some tabs and label names will cahgne to match that of TPWD) is scheduled for February 16, 2026
- The 2nd phase of "consolidation" (the removal of folders) will occur February 23, 2026.
- 9-Feb-2026 - added detailed instructions for selecting a new volunteer password - text on the "Personal" tab, near the password, is incomplete in VMS.
