New updates will be itemized here. As we learn more about the VMS upgrade, we will develop procedures and documentation to support chapter VMS admins

- 29-January-2025- 4-March-2025: added a section on running the AgriLife Impact Data Report; updated VMS admin requirements; miscellaneous wording updates (Current Chapter value no longer is to include "Master Naturalists", just include the name); updated creating a new opportunity
- 18-May-2025: Added information concerning MFA requirements, failed login attempts, and login error messages (page 8)
- 11-June-2025: updated wording concerning MFA and publishing the TPWD registration application to the web
- 25-June-2025: updated MFA information for Admins to include the QR code; added information concerning collection of dues
- 13-July-2025: updated procedures for Statewide opportunity hours approval
